Lead Server

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and communicate to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverage to residents and guests in a timely manner
• Actively buss and reset tables
• Deliver food to residents’ rooms as needed
• Maintain clean and sanitary condition of work areas, dishware, and equipment
• Manage servers and utility workers as needed

Requirements

• Ability to switch tasks quickly and often
• Patience and effective communication skills
• ServSafe or other required local, county, or state certifications
• Pride in food quality, presentation, and cleanliness

• Previous food service experience
