Lead Server

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospitality team to ensure exceptional member experiences through high-end food and beverage service
• Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating between server and housekeeper teams
• Lead and train staff on high standards of food preparation, service, and health and safety protocols
• Execute curated hospitality moments and manage member engagement through thoughtful food and beverage offerings
• Estimate food and amenity needs, place orders with distributors, and coordinate deliveries
• Support all Atria events with staffing and execution
• Communicate clinical appointment details to the hospitality team to ensure service aligns with member needs (e.g., fasting requirements)

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality and operations management experience
• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, including recruiting and retaining staff
• Deep knowledge of top-tier food and beverage operations
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or high-end customer service role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to operate with speed and grace in high-pressure scenarios
• College Degree preferred
