Lead Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a mission-focused team to drive recommendations and insights across a global digital advertising platform
• Participate actively in all aspects of designing, building, and delivering products for clients
• Develop using a variety of platforms and technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and .NET Core
• Participate in design reviews, proof of concepts, and contribute to solution design in line with technical roadmaps
• Solve complex problems at the intersection of data science, scalable systems, and product design

Requirements

• Strong commercial development skills in OO programming (C#, Java, or C++)
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Aliyun
• Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum tools like Jira
• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git
• Proven ability to design web-based, service-oriented applications and integrated back-office systems
• Track record of making significant, self-directed contributions to large-scale software projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and petabyte-scale data challenges
• Familiarity with Python, Databricks, SQL Server, or GraphQL
• Experience with machine learning or advanced data visualizations
