Lead/Senior Game Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of major systems and features to deepen CSR2’s progression, engagement, and long-term meta
• Drive end-to-end feature delivery, including concepts, specs, flows, balancing, prototyping, and final launch
• Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Art, and LiveOps to align goals and ensure high-quality execution
• Improve existing systems such as events, rewards, collections, and onboarding using data and player insights
• Mentor designers across pods to raise the bar on documentation, analytical thinking, and system clarity
• Contribute to LiveOps by designing scalable event formats, economy updates, and retention drivers
• (Lead-level) Own multiple systems, support pod planning, and act as a key decision-maker in design discussions

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of game design experience, specifically within mobile F2P environments
• Strong systems design expertise, including economies, progression, LiveOps, and balancing
• Proven track record of delivering complex features in a live game environment
• Excellent documentation, communication, and structured problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring designers or influencing broader team craft
• (Lead-level) Experience guiding designers/pods, driving alignment, and resolving ambiguity
