Lead/Senior Engineer - SSG

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of security software for Qualcomm mobile SoCs from pre-silicon to commercialization
• Interact with cross-functional technology teams to triage system-level issues and propose solutions
• Develop and maintain security software within the SSG TME developer function

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience (or Master's with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ year)
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, and assembly programming
• Solid understanding of ARMv7, v8, and v9 architectures, including Trustzone, virtualization, exception, and memory management
• Experience with Linux-based development environments
• Excellent debugging skills, including experience with hardware debuggers like Lauterbach Trace32

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of RISC-V architecture
• Experience with security domains such as xPU, SMMU, VMIDMT, and Cryptographic HW modules
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python
• Experience with RTOS such as ZephyrOS or FreeRTOS
