Lead Security Engineer II, Archer Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of the RSA Archer platform to meet client business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain data-driven applications, workflows, dashboards, reports, and access controls within Archer
• Collaborate with project leadership, architects, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems, including data imports, exports, and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, workflow, and data issues with limited oversight
• Drive requirements analysis, solution documentation, testing, deployment support, and user enablement activities
• Support system upgrades, patching, release management, and platform enhancements
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to overall solution delivery best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Active Secret clearance
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and supporting RSA Archer or a comparable GRC platform
• Experience building and maintaining Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data feeds
• Working knowledge of system integrations, data management, SQL, and/or scripting relevant to Archer platform support
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
