Lead Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules
• Analyze and report on time impacts, scope changes, or delays to enable early risk identification
• Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and integrated work breakdown structure
• Develop tender and contractual requirements, including schedule accuracy KPIs
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Monitor progress on key delivery milestones against the Baseline Programme
• Assess contractor extension of time (EOT) claims and prepare defense reports
• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the project schedule
• Develop mitigation plans and site logistic planning

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects
• Previous experience with Data Center projects preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience coordinating multiple schedule performance data sources into a master schedule
• Strong managerial and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
