About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site scheduling team to review internal and contractor schedules
- Analyze and report on time impacts, scope changes, or delays to enable early risk identification
- Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and integrated work breakdown structure
- Develop tender and contractual requirements, including schedule accuracy KPIs
- Prepare regular weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
- Monitor progress on key delivery milestones against the Baseline Programme
- Assess contractor extension of time (EOT) claims and prepare defense reports
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the project schedule
- Develop mitigation plans and site logistic planning
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects
- Previous experience with Data Center projects preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience coordinating multiple schedule performance data sources into a master schedule
- Strong managerial and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
