Lead Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and further development of the scheduling team
• Ensure uniform, high-quality scheduling methodology across EPCM Industry projects
• Develop, update, and approve complex project schedules up to Level 4
• Conduct cross-project schedule reviews and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage time and resource planning in alignment with project goals
• Identify critical paths and derive control strategies at project and portfolio levels
• Optimize resource allocation considering team capacity limits
• Create and analyze project control and progress reports to identify deviations and corrective actions
• Contribute to project execution plans including risk and opportunity assessments
• Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for scheduling

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, Industrial Engineering, or similar
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in scheduling for industrial construction projects
• Experience in functional leadership of schedulers is preferred
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Strong experience in Earned Value Management and progress monitoring
• PMP or comparable project management certification is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English (B2 level or higher)
• High willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments
