About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and further development of the scheduling team
- Ensure uniform, high-quality scheduling methodology across EPCM Industry projects
- Develop, update, check, and release complex project and schedule plans (up to Level 4)
- Conduct cross-project schedule reviews and coordinate requirements with stakeholders
- Manage time and resource planning in alignment with project goals
- Identify critical paths and derive control strategies at project and portfolio levels
- Optimize resource allocation considering team capacity limits
- Create, check, and analyze project control and progress reports
- Establish and maintain standards, templates, and best practices for scheduling
Requirements
- Degree in construction-related field (Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.)
- At least 7 years of experience in scheduling for industrial construction projects
- Experience in technical leadership of schedulers preferred
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Experience in Earned Value Management and progress monitoring
- PMP or comparable certification is an advantage
- Fluent German and English (B2 level or higher)
- High willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments
