Lead SAP Functional Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design across SAP Finance, Controlling, Sales, and Supply Chain processes for global initiatives.
• Act as the primary functional lead for large-scale SAP transformations, rollouts, and business process design.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into solution architecture and detailed functional specifications.
• Oversee configuration, testing strategies, and deployment of SAP solutions across multiple regions.
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules including FICO, SD, MM, and PM.
• Drive continuous improvement through process harmonization, automation, and optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants, support teams, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with global governance, audit, security, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive SAP functional experience in multinational environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP FICO, with strong working knowledge of SD, MM, and PM modules.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, or large-scale rollouts.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in leading projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration points and end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Experience with integrations such as IDoc and APIs.
• Familiarity with data migration, master data management, and advanced reporting tools.
