Lead SAP Basis Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage, operate, and optimize SAP landscapes including S/4HANA (Private Cloud) and SAP ECC (R/3)
• Lead a global team of SAP Basis professionals to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability
• Oversee on-call support, incident management processes, and external service provider SLAs
• Act as a hands-on technical expert for system upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and support packages
• Standardize SAP Basis processes, tools, and governance models across all global regions
• Drive SAP-related projects, including technical transformations, rollouts, and upgrades
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Business Solutions, Architecture, and Project Management

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing international SAP Basis teams in global environments
• Deep technical expertise in SAP Basis operations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes
• Business-fluent English and strong intercultural communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
