Lead Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-tested, and bulkified Apex code for complex business logic, triggers, and controllers
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of scalable, well-architected solutions
• Enforce coding standards, manage metadata, and participate in DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD)
• Implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external tech stacks using APIs and middleware
• Maintain data integrity and security models to ensure system performance at scale

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
• Platform Developer II certification required
• Deep expertise in Apex, including Triggers, Controllers, Asynchronous Apex, and Unit Testing
• Proven ability to build complex user interfaces using LWC
• Expert understanding of Salesforce Flow versus custom Apex code
• Expert knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and OAuth
• Advanced understanding of the Salesforce Sharing Model, Profiles, and Permission Sets
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions and requirements
