Lead Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other products
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement robust solutions
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
• Architect and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to governance standards
• Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure knowledge sharing and team growth
• Manage deployments using CI/CD tools and handle release management processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem

Requirements

• 7–9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards)
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security models

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Integration Architect, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud
• Exposure to Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-driven Salesforce capabilities
• Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft
• Experience with Lightning Design System and UI/UX best practices
