Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term commercial strategy for the New Zealand market
- Identify and capitalize on premium growth opportunities to expand brand footprint
- Lead North Island sales operations and manage high-level relationships with key retail partners
- Deliver high-impact sales presentations and strategic business reviews using data-driven insights
- Oversee the integration of sales, technical training, and community engagement
- Manage and execute local expos, participation events, and trade shows
- Lead, mentor, and manage the New Zealand field team, including hiring and performance management
Requirements
