Lead Sales Rep, Dick's Sporting Goods Apparel - Jordan NA

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic wholesale retail relationships and serve as the primary business liaison for the designated account.
• Develop and deliver strategic plans to meet financial targets and drive Jordan Brand growth.
• Create assortment and sell-in strategies, including financial forecasting for the total portfolio.
• Partner with internal merchandising, planning, and marketing teams to bring compelling product stories to market.
• Track in-season sales trends, pursue at-once orders, and ensure minimum advertised price compliance.
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including sample management and seasonal takedowns.
• Translate point-of-sales data into actionable insights to influence business decisions and stock-to-sales plans.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Retail Merchandising.
• Strong planning and sales analytic acumen with an understanding of retail metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including samples and sales materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
