Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales hiring strategy, including creative sourcing plans and full-cycle recruiting for AE and sales leadership
  • Partner with founders and function heads to forecast headcount and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
  • Develop scalable recruiting systems, processes, and data tracking to make sales hiring predictable
  • Drive outbound sourcing through outreach, referrals, and competitor mapping
  • Influence employer brand by partnering with Marketing to craft authentic messaging
  • Track and report metrics such as pipeline velocity and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience
  • 4+ years focused on hiring GTM roles at a fast-paced SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated success building sales teams in high-growth, outbound-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (SMB, mid-market, enterprise)
  • Proven ability to source and close top-performing sellers and leaders
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use recruiting metrics for process improvement
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • High agency and ability to operate autonomously in an early-stage environment
  • Based in or willing to work from San Francisco HQ, 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an early recruiter at a Series B-D startup
  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and the competitive landscape
  • Strong network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area and New York
