Lead Sales (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise on home enhancement and products
• Support the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions, and back office procedures
• Supervise the sales floor to ensure financial goals are met and associates provide world-class service
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and safety
• Act as the Selling Captain, serving as a role model for sales associates in customer service and sales generation
• Foster a respectful environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and influence others through personal action
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs using appropriate safety techniques
• Availability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts (for Part-Time Flex)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shift supervision
• 1-2 years of experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities
• Experience in specialty retail
