Lead Sales (Key Holder)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on home design and enhancement
• Provide daily support to the management team through opening and closing routines, register functions, and back office procedures
• Supervise the sales floor to ensure the store meets financial goals and provides world-class service
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, replenishment, cleanliness, and safety
• Act as the Selling Captain, serving as a role model for sales associates in driving sales and customer service
• Foster a respectful environment where all associates are treated with dignity in accordance with our People First Philosophy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs
• Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
• Open availability to meet the needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shift supervision
• 1-2 years of experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities
• Experience in specialty retail
