About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute B2B sales processes for premium supplemental insurance products
  • Build and cultivate a strong client base through cold calling and active engagement
  • Lead by example through high-level individual sales performance
  • Mentor, train, and motivate incoming team members once sales mastery is achieved
  • Manage field activities and client relationships with a proactive, self-assured approach

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B supplemental insurance sales
  • Strong skills in relationship building, cold calling, and objection handling
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of post-high school professional experience
  • Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Commitment to working 40-45 hours per week
