About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute B2B sales processes for premium supplemental insurance products
- Build and cultivate a strong client base through cold calling and active engagement
- Lead by example through high-level individual sales performance
- Mentor, train, and motivate incoming team members once sales mastery is achieved
- Manage field activities and client relationships with a proactive, self-assured approach
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B supplemental insurance sales
- Strong skills in relationship building, cold calling, and objection handling
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of post-high school professional experience
- Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Commitment to working 40-45 hours per week
