Lead Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional guest service and sales results
• Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to maximize selling effectiveness
• Foster a sales-driven culture focused on achieving budgeted sales goals and engagement metrics
• Oversee daily shop operations, including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Execute floor sets, seasonal transitions, and visual merchandising updates
• Build meaningful guest relationships through personalized selling and clienteling
• Utilize business reporting and sales data to identify performance opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of retail sales leadership experience, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality
• Proven ability to drive sales results and develop high-performing teams
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience building client relationships and delivering personalized service
• Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
