Lead Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on selecting proper cannabis products based on their needs
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires
• Support Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handling complaints
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques
• Verify customer documentation and identification
• Perform accurate cash handling and POS system operations
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities, sales, and inventory
• Conduct routine inventory counts and ensure product organization
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Ability to learn and apply technical product information
• Understanding of cannabinoids and their effects on the body
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cannabis industry
