Lead Residential Advisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and trainees to ensure safe and secure Social Development operations
• Screen applicants for employment and make hiring recommendations
• Conduct small group meetings and operate dormitory facilities
• Coordinate services and resolve resident problems
• Supervise students in the performance of work details
• Maintain student folders and logs including dormitory activity, medication disbursement, and work orders
• Monitor staff performance and provide training
• Restock dormitory supplies and prepare student luggage for shipping
• Implement all Social Development programs and procedures in the dormitories

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience working with youth
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work any shift and any day of the week
• Valid State Driver License
