Lead Resident Services

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
• Coordinate personalized services including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
• Manage the community transportation schedule and coordinate with chauffeurs
• Act as a liaison between the culinary department and guests for meal reservations
• Maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest sign-in/out logs
• Manage reception area, incoming mail, and package deliveries
• Connect with new residents and families during their first week to introduce concierge services

Requirements

• Experience in a concierge or customer service role preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and technology (computers, tablets, Word, email)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
