About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
- Coordinate personalized services including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and transportation
- Manage the community transportation schedule and chauffeur requests
- Act as a liaison between the culinary department and guests for meal reservations
- Maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest sign-in/out logs
- Manage incoming mail and packages
- Welcome new residents and provide information on community concierge services
Requirements
- Experience in concierge or customer service roles preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, Microsoft Word, and email
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
