Lead Research Scientist - Machine Learning

Responsibilities

• Develop disruptive technologies focused on signals exploitation, estimation theory, and system resource management
• Lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms for novel application domains and modalities
• Participate in and lead project teams and interact with customers
• Explore complex datasets and develop algorithmic techniques to solve high-impact problems

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (U.S. citizenship required)
• MS with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 5+ years of experience in a scientific field
• Experience building neural networks using PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• Experience adapting novel machine learning approaches from academic literature to new datasets
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++
• Experience with scikit-learn, Pandas, and Matplotlib
• Experience in intelligence or military-related mission areas
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying deep learning to time series, discrete event sequence, or geospatial data
• Experience with self-supervised machine learning
• Expertise working with spatio-temporal data
