Lead Research Analyst - Global Capability Centers (GCC)

Responsibilities

• Lead the research agenda and own end-to-end delivery of research products, including market reports, white papers, and points of view.
• Represent the firm and articulate strong points of view on Global Capability Centers (GCCs) at conferences, industry events, and boardroom presentations.
• Engage with CXOs and senior leadership teams to advise on strategic priorities, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to generate insights and validate strategic hypotheses.
• Develop and institutionalize research methodologies, frameworks, and analytical models.
• Synthesize complex industry trends into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Support strategic advisory engagements through insight generation and problem-solving.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 institute.
• 4-6 years of experience in research, strategy, or consulting domains.
• Significant experience working with Big 4 or other strategy consulting firms.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong quantitative and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment across multiple time zones.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and their impact on industry evolution.
