Lead Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead repair depot operations by performing complex product repairs and firmware upgrades
• Assist the Technical Supervisor in planning and communicating work assignments
• Provide technical guidance, training, and direction to lower-level technicians
• Perform electronic and mechanical adjustments using specialized test equipment
• Inspect unit conditions to determine repairability and perform final testing to confirm results
• Create and validate test and repair procedures
• Track and report production, labor, and data entry tasks using reporting systems
• Ensure all work meets efficiency, quality, and safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Strong team management and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to follow complex written work instructions and procedures
