Lead Reliability & MPC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver reliability, maintenance program, and configuration activities for Airbus FTM and Flight Hour Services (FHS) contracts
• Ensure all activities comply with EASA, NAA, and Airbus Technical Standards
• Manage aircraft and component configuration, including reference cards and configuration trees
• Support the definition and update of Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMP) for TSP customers
• Perform reliability analysis to improve component and aircraft availability and reduce material costs
• Contribute to operational and dispatch reliability to support contractual KPIs such as Aircraft On-Time Performance (AOTP)
• Develop and implement industrialized processes and LEAN practices to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Airline or MRO Technical Services
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Programs, Reliability, and Continued Airworthiness Management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and customer engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Type training or license on commercial transport category aircraft
• Specific experience with Airbus products, particularly A320 or A350
