Lead - Registration Website & Mobile App Build Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of event registration websites and mobile applications
• Supervise and oversee projects managed by web builders and project managers
• Consult with clients on design, functionality, and industry best practices to meet their objectives
• Manage the full lifecycle of mobile app projects from kick-off to launch
• Ensure high-quality delivery of digital assets within specified SLAs and internal processes
• Create reports, templates, and technical solutions tailored to client requirements
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Partner with operations and account management to support long-term client goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the meetings, software, or high-tech industry
• Proven experience managing or supervising a team of web builders or project managers
• Required experience with the Cvent platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work NORAM shifts
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SpotMe, Groupize, or Stova
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other front-end web development languages
• Experience with photo editing software such as Photoshop
