Lead Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead worker for Placement Unit front office support staff, providing guidance on day-to-day recruitment procedures
• Regulate the flow of recruitment support work to ensure adherence to established standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Projects and Support Unit processes and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance
• Provide training to support staff, maintain process documentation, and coordinate onboarding checklists
• Compile recruitment data for reporting purposes
• Schedule and confirm interviews and skills tests, prepare interview packages, and escort interviewees
• Conduct fingerprinting and contribute to special projects as needed

Requirements

• Three years of experience performing clerical and support services
• Proficiency in keyboarding and document or information processing
• Experience scheduling meetings or appointments
• Experience handling payments, recording monies received, or reconciling accounts
