Lead Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for product, design, delivery, and engineering professionals
• Partner with hiring leaders to define success profiles and interview structures
• Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing
• Serve as a trusted advisor on market insights and talent trends
• Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and offer negotiations
• Collaborate with HR and marketing to ensure compelling job messaging
• Support workforce planning and maintain recruiting system data
• Coach interviewers on inclusive and structured evaluation practices

Requirements

• Degree in business, HR, communications, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in technical/engineering and consulting roles
• Ability to discuss technical concepts like APIs, cloud architectures, LLMs, and vector databases
• Proven track record of hiring specialized passive talent
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, digital product environments, or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with modern recruiting systems and sourcing tools
• Exposure to employer branding or community engagement
