About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for product, design, delivery, and engineering professionals
- Partner with hiring leaders to define success profiles and interview structures
- Build talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market insights and talent trends
- Manage the end-to-end candidate journey and offer negotiations
- Collaborate with HR and marketing to ensure compelling job messaging
- Support workforce planning and maintain recruiting system data
- Coach interviewers on inclusive and structured evaluation practices
Requirements
- Degree in business, HR, communications, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in technical/engineering and consulting roles
- Ability to discuss technical concepts like APIs, cloud architectures, LLMs, and vector databases
- Proven track record of hiring specialized passive talent
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, digital product environments, or high-growth companies
- Familiarity with modern recruiting systems and sourcing tools
- Exposure to employer branding or community engagement
