Lead Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and GTM
• Build and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage top talent
• Develop deep pipelines through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and talent mapping
• Manage candidates through the full interview process, including screening, scheduling, calibration, offer management, and closing
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles and drive searches forward
• Continuously test and refine sourcing approaches, messaging, and recruiting tools
• Bring market insights back to the team to inform hiring strategy and compensation expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth or startup environment
• Proven track record of recruiting for complex roles like engineering, data science, or product
• Strong emphasis on proactive, hypothesis-driven sourcing
• Highly resourceful and creative in identifying and closing candidates
• Ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines simultaneously using Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build credibility with hiring teams
