About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and GTM
- Build and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage top talent
- Develop deep pipelines through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and talent mapping
- Manage candidates through the full interview process, including screening, scheduling, calibration, offer management, and closing
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on profiles and drive searches forward
- Continuously test and refine sourcing approaches, messaging, and recruiting tools
- Bring market insights back to the team to inform hiring strategy and compensation expectations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proven track record of recruiting for complex roles like engineering, data science, or product
- Strong emphasis on proactive, hypothesis-driven sourcing
- Highly resourceful and creative in identifying and closing candidates
- Ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines simultaneously using Greenhouse
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build credibility with hiring teams
