Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for global business and corporate functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Legal
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs
- Act as a talent advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights
- Lead recruitment for senior, niche, and confidential positions across multiple regions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates
- Mentor junior recruiters and establish recruiting best practices and interview standards
- Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience
Requirements
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across corporate functions
- Proven success recruiting for senior and niche roles in multiple markets
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and compensation structures
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Experience in high-growth tech companies or fast-scaling organizations preferred
