Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for global business and corporate functions including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Legal
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs
• Act as a talent advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights
• Lead recruitment for senior, niche, and confidential positions across multiple regions
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates
• Mentor junior recruiters and establish recruiting best practices and interview standards
• Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
• Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience

Requirements

• 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across corporate functions
• Proven success recruiting for senior and niche roles in multiple markets
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and compensation structures
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
• Experience in high-growth tech companies or fast-scaling organizations preferred
