Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for business and corporate functions globally, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Legal.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
  • Act as a talent advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights.
  • Lead recruitment for senior, niche, and business-critical positions.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and establish recruiting best practices and interview standards.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
  • Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across business and corporate functions.
  • Proven success recruiting for roles in Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Legal, or Strategy.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping.
  • Experience managing multiple high-priority requisitions in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies or startups is strongly preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters is highly preferred.
