Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate functions globally, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Legal.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
  • Act as a talent advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and establish recruiting best practices and interview standards.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across corporate functions.
  • Proven success recruiting for senior, niche, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and networking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience in high-growth technology companies or fast-scaling organizations is preferred.
