Lead, Real Estate Strategy & Transactions

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex real estate transactions including lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and terminations
• Support corporate real estate strategy aligned with business growth and capacity modeling
• Conduct portfolio assessments and space utilization analyses to optimize cost-effectiveness
• Analyze demographic, financial, and market data to support real estate decision-making
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and IT to execute lease agreements and transaction documentation
• Oversee external brokers, consultants, and vendors to maintain service expectations
• Maintain accurate lease records, portfolio databases, and transaction documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, transactions, or portfolio strategy
• Strong knowledge of lease structures, financial analysis, and workplace strategy
• Proven experience working with brokers, landlords, and external service providers
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and portfolio reporting tools
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Valid driver's license and passport
