Lead Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections and reviews of job performance to ensure adherence to quality procedures and customer requirements
• Compile and record quality data and communicate findings to internal departments and external suppliers
• Create reports for internal and external stakeholders regarding quality levels
• Address quality issues in a timely manner and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to conduct quality inspections and address issues
• Experience maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Sports Trading Card experience
• Print industry experience
• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
