Lead Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections and reviews of job performance to ensure adherence to quality procedures and customer requirements
• Compile and record quality data and communicate findings to internal departments and external suppliers
• Create reports for internal and external stakeholders regarding quality levels
• Address quality issues in a timely manner through cross-functional collaboration
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards within the manufacturing environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to conduct quality inspections and address issues
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and supply chain teams
• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sports trading cards
• Experience in the print industry
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
