Lead, Quality Control – Biochemistry

Responsibilities

• Perform wet chemistry testing using HPLC, UV-Vis, and CE
• Manage sample receipt and glassware washing
• Document test results in electronic notebooks using ALCOA
• Support various QC labs as needed
• Coach, train, and develop team members
• Coordinate workflow and monitor daily operations to meet TAT
• Prepare and review job plans and conduct performance reviews
• Manage training records and succession planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical science (chemistry, physics, etc.)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years of GMP industry leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work the night shift (8pm to 6am, 4x10s schedule)
