Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document customer transactions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members
• Provide timely and accurate reports to management
• Develop effective strategies based on data reports, analysis, and observations
• Attend internal and external calibration sessions

Requirements

• Six months experience in process transformation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop professional rapport with team members
