Lead QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate applicable codes, standards, and specifications based on project requirements
• Monitor Project Quality Plan implementation and compliance with technical specifications
• Review site material inspection acceptance and non-conformance reports (NCR)
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), WPS, PQR, and NDT/Hydro test procedures
• Oversee QA/QC aspects of project closeout, including punch lists and as-built documents
• Lead periodical audits as per ISO 9001
• Facilitate smooth project handover to the owner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a QA/QC engineer in large-scale construction projects, preferably in energy or power
• In-depth knowledge of local and international design codes and standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering
• Certified qualification as an NDT inspector
• Certification in painting/coating applications
