Lead Project Manager, Factory Development

Responsibilities

• Own integrated execution planning across engineering, procurement, construction, and manufacturing readiness
• Maintain visibility into critical path activities, deployment milestones, and operational dependencies
• Identify execution gaps, deployment risks, and schedule impacts while driving issue resolution
• Lead factory deployment execution activities and drive stakeholder accountability across internal teams and external partners
• Proactively mitigate execution risks associated with infrastructure deployment and manufacturing startup
• Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, facilities, and finance
• Define and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve deployment velocity and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, factory deployment, or complex industrial programs
• Demonstrated experience driving execution across integrated manufacturing or construction programs
• Strong understanding of industrial facility infrastructure (power, HVAC, utilities, equipment installation)
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to US export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing facility buildouts or factory expansions
• Experience in fast-paced aerospace, defense, automotive, or robotics environments
• Exposure to facility layouts, construction drawing packages, or CAD drawing review
• Experience using SQL, VBA, Python, or Power BI for deployment analytics
