Lead Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface for customers and internal stakeholders, managing communication and conducting escalation meetings.
• Take full responsibility for holistic project execution, including scheduling, action tracking, and cost/budget control.
• Lead and manage multiple projects, providing functional leadership to operational project teams.
• Conduct change negotiations with customers.
• Manage reporting across all hierarchy levels and create internal and external project reports.
• Oversee FCO management and ensure efficient project controlling and complete project processing.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in project management.
• Proven expertise in creating and presenting management reports.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and high level of initiative.
