Lead Project Manager - Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all CSA design and construction activities for the data centre project
• Coordinate design reviews and track CSA deliverables against project milestones
• Review civil, structural, and architectural designs for accuracy and compliance
• Validate calculations, structural analysis reports, and architectural drawings
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize reliability and safety
• Monitor site progress and ensure works follow approved drawings and quality standards
• Resolve on-site technical issues and manage change processes
• Conduct site inspections, supervise testing, and approve material selections
• Ensure integration of critical infrastructure like foundations, cable trenches, and façade systems
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and authority requirements
• Lead quality audits and enforce corrective actions
• Manage tender processes for CSA packages
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Prepare progress reports, design trackers, and issue logs
• Support the commissioning team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 8–12 years of experience in CSA design and construction management
• 3–5 years of experience specifically in data centres, high-tech industrial, semiconductor, or mission-critical facilities
• Strong background in structural steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and façade systems
• Knowledge of local building codes and authority submission processes
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to resolve technical issues quickly under tight deadlines
