Lead Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of safety compliance testing and strategic guidance for consumer products to ensure adherence to international standards.
• Execute testing activities, including coordinating pre-compliance assessments and performing validation testing.
• Manage project scope, test plans, and report accuracy while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Provide strategic guidance by developing workflows to simplify requirements and advising leadership on regulatory risks.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project status communications, resolving technical issues and client concerns.
• Coordinate laboratory activities, including scheduling testing and reviewing lab work to maintain project timelines.
• Analyze test results for accuracy and engage in data reviews with cross-functional regulatory and safety teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 years of directly related experience in project coordination or compliance.
• Deep understanding of consumer product safety standards and testing methodologies.
• Experience with certification processes, including NRTL and CB.
• Expertise in technical documentation, such as preparing construction files and critical component lists.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve compliance failures.
• Ability to perform pre-compliance assessments to identify potential risks before formal testing.
