Lead Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of safety compliance testing and strategic guidance for consumer electronic products.
• Manage project scope, test plans, and report accuracy while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate laboratory activities, including scheduling testing and reviewing lab work to maintain project timelines.
• Perform testing execution (60%), including pre-compliance assessments, validation testing, and analyzing test results.
• Provide strategic guidance (40%), such as developing workflows to simplify requirements and advising leadership on regulatory risks.
• Act as a primary point of contact for project status communications and client concerns.
• Support sales teams by determining project specifications, including cost, time, and sample requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6 years of directly related experience in project coordination or compliance.
• Deep understanding of consumer product safety standards and testing methodologies.
• Experience with NRTL, CB, and international certification processes for electronic devices.
• Expertise in technical documentation, including preparing construction files and reviewing test reports.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve compliance failures.
• Ability to perform pre-compliance assessments to identify potential risks before formal testing.
