About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate surge support to Tier One Programs, including tool implementations and major replans.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of complex program schedules, including resource loading and Earned Value Analysis.
  • Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using IMP, SOW, and WBS.
  • Perform regular analysis of program schedules to evaluate enterprise-wide resource needs and schedule status.
  • Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to planning and scheduling employees.
  • Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
  • Interface with functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality to ensure integrated planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; OR
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; OR
  • 13 years of prior relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development.
  • Expertise in Critical Path Analysis and Risk Analysis.
  • Proficiency with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of EVMS Standard (EIA 748-D) and Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG).
  • Experience with Monte Carlo Risk Analysis (Schedule Risk Analysis).
  • Experience working on DoD projects within FAR and DFAR environments.
  • Experience leading planning and scheduling efforts for large-scale, high-visibility Government projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and Project Server.
  • Knowledge of Space and Airborne Systems programs.
