Lead Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage program technical, financial, and schedule performance
• Work with principal investigators, technical staff, and subcontractors to address risks and issues
• Manage program performance through review of metrics and execution milestones
• Gather and synthesize data from project reports and customer feedback to communicate status
• Interact with external program customers and internal company leadership
• Manage scientists, engineers, and technicians across broad areas of expertise
• Achieve cost, schedule, and customer objectives on advanced technology programs
• Build strong customer relationships and establish open lines of communication

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Minimum of 7 years experience managing technical programs
• Experience in project management within the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Experience leading technical teams on advanced R&D programs
• Effective communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance
• Experience writing or leading technical proposal efforts
• Experience spanning all project phases from ideation to product development
• Working knowledge of the IC mission and acquisition processes
• Ability to manage multiple, technically diverse programs and teams
• Interest in technical marketing and business development
