Lead Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple programs ensuring cost, schedule, and technical program metrics are tracked and within plan
• Support proposal development and adhere to gated capture processes
• Create subcontractor statements of work and manage subcontractor execution
• Lead multi-functional teams in collaboration with lead engineers
• Provide regular program briefs to Group and Division Leadership
• Foster a collaborative environment through clear direction and constructive feedback
• Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and initiate corrective actions
• Identify and address security classification constraints

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Technical undergraduate degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience in government contracting or R&D
• Experience as a Program Manager, Control Account Manager, or Subcontracts Manager
• Proficiency in WBS definition, schedule generation, and financial reporting
• Experience in proposal management and cost estimation
• Ability to navigate security classification environments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance
• Experience with advanced RF or EO/IR system concepts
• Experience with systems autonomy, operational analysis, and optimization
• Experience managing DoD projects larger than $5M
• Risk and Opportunity Management experience
• Experience managing Research and Development programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project
