About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end lead management operating model to increase pipeline creation and revenue impact.
  • Lead the integration of digital capabilities, automation, and CRM process enhancements to create a scalable lead management ecosystem.
  • Establish program governance across lead management systems, including data stewardship, process controls, and KPI reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Business Units to align requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring, prioritization, and routing strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Drive a continuous improvement roadmap by identifying process gaps and leading changes that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Translate performance data into executive-ready insights and recommendations to improve pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, sales operations, marketing operations, or lead management.
  • Proven track record in lead management, demand generation, or customer lifecycle programs.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to use performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications in Program Management, Digital Transformation, or CRM systems.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to identify business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
